what do the ingrediants do to your skin?
and what one do u think is best for my skin which is combination and has a few spots?

Mud masks are typically good for combo skin - avoid putting mask on drier areas and don't leave on longer than recommended when dry for easy removal/minimum redness.
I don't care for peel-away masks because I always seem to get them in my brows. Messy!
