Please help me with my Acne?

ok so im a 14 year old and had been getting pimples here and the since 5th grade, but ive had acne since 7th grade and im going into 9th grade now.
I have used many product since then, like Clearasil, clean and clear, biore, and neutrogena
Now i don't know what im doing wrong but here is how i washing routine.
-MORNING:
-Wash face with Oil Free Acne Wash Daily Scrub- Neutrogena
-Treatment Pads-Neutrogena
-THEN-in the middle of the day if i feel i need to clean my face i wipe it with a treatment pad, it says it could be used 2-3 times daily
NIGHT
-same a morning routine
..i don't know what im doing wrong, im not mixing any different brands cause that effects my face. makes it red itchy and dry
I also got this dead skin sea bar of soap and i might use that in the morning and the daily scrub at night
I have oily skin if that help, i do exercise a a couple times a week
and i do drink enough water.. 8 cups
